Comfortable Bed and Pillows

We came to this place for an overnight stay, and everything was great. The bed and pillows were so comfortable, we didn't want to leave. No complaints at all, it was awesome! 😊

I had a great experience staying at Wind Suites Tagaytay. The unit had nice decor and a nice floor, creating a comfortable and pleasant environment. The location was excellent, offering easy access to nearby attractions. The toiletries provided were also a nice touch.

We did encounter a few drawbacks during our stay. We had to wait for almost 2 hours before getting our room and parking permit, which was a bit frustrating after a long drive.

We verbleven in het penthouse suite met een adembenemend uitzicht, recht in het hart van Playa del Carmen. De kamer was luxueus ingericht, met een eigen badkamer met een groot jacuzzi bad en een regendouche. Het personeel was uiterst behulpzaam en stond altijd voor ons klaar. Het ontbijt was vers en heerlijk, met een breed scala aan opties om uit te kiezen. We hebben ook genoten van het gebruik van de e-mail service van het resort, die ons in staat stelde om alles van tevoren te regelen.

Het enige nadeel was dat het restaurant erg duur was als je ervoor koos om niet all-inclusive te boeken. Gezien de afgelegen locatie van het resort, zou het prettig zijn geweest als er meer betaalbare eetgelegenheden in de buurt waren.

The view of the lake was absolutely stunning, it was the highlight of our stay. We were lucky to get a room with a balcony overlooking the beautiful Taal Lake. The room itself was nicely decorated and had all the necessary amenities. Additionally, the staff member who assisted us was very friendly and accommodating, making our experience even more pleasant.

Parking was a bit of a challenge, as the options were either pricey parking at the front or a cheaper option at the back but with a long walk to the building. Although there was a free shuttle, it didn't operate 24/7.
